Biography

When onscreen, Pooya Mohseni will have fans screaming “Booyah” more than a 1990s basketball announcer. The transgender Iranian-American is a performer, writer and activist who advocates for women, immigrants and the LGBT community. Born and raised in Tehran, Pooya moved to New York City as a teen to study design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. But the sartorial student soon became more interested in acting. After training at the Maggie Flanigan Studio, the aspiring star scored guest spots on several primetime shows, such as Madam Secretary (2015) and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2020). The boob tube babe also played Dr. Duria on Falling Water (2016); Baijanti Divya on Big Dogs (2020); and Winter on both Rival Peak and Rival Speak (2020-2021). Of course, we’re more interested in Pooya’s work in movies which aren’t affected by the network’s pesky censors. In fact, the skintastic stunner goes full frontal while getting out of bed in the horror flick When Death Calls (2012). Next came the slasher film Terrifier (2017) featuring Jenna Kanell, Samantha Scaffidi, Catherine Corcoran, and Pooya’s dead sexy pubes. Yet Mr. Skin is more turned on by the chiller diller Theresa & Allison (2019). As a vampy vampire, Pooya proves baby got tattooed back while in the sack with naked leading lady Arielle Hope. Despite revealing their collective three Bs (or would that be six Bs?), the bedroom scene gets messy when the flesh-eating begins. Even so, Mohseni eye-candy looks as sweet as a Middle Eastern treat.
